The Prince and the Mermaid - Epilogue Part 1

This is based on AkiAmeko's deviation, . I decided to show what the story's epilogue would look like.

The mermaid was in fact a princess of an underwater kingdom. So she took the Prince to the underwater palace and introduced him to her father, the king.
The Prince explained to the king about how his ship was attacked by pirates and the pirates threw him into the sea and if the mermaid hadn't gave him a healing kiss and the ability to breathe, he would've died of drowning.
The mermaid asked her father if the Prince would like to stay at their kingdom and that he would be heir-apparent on the condition that they would be married.
After a little hesitation, the king said yes, only if the Prince would agree that he would no longer be human and have a fish tail, in which the Prince wasted no time accepting his fate.
The wedding was announced and the Prince and the mermaid became husband and wife and the Prince gets a fish tail and became a merman.
